SJK Korean genome

SJK Korean genome (Kim, SungJin) is the first Korean human genome sequenced and published in 2008 (data) and 2009 (paper, Genome Research).

The sequence data from this study are available at 

From 2010, KOREF_S genome is used as the reference and also material of the Korean Reference Standard.
